Phil Chalmers is a youth advocate and America's Leading
Authority on Juvenile Homicide and Juvenile Mass Murder. He
has been writing books and speaking since 1985 at schools,
state and national conventions and local training seminars.
During the last 20 years, Phil has focused on youth culture
and negative entertainment. Since 2005 he has also explored
teen violence and school safety.
Chalmers is the author of,
"Inside the Mind of a Teen
Killer."
